Homeownership Down Payment Assistance

The Homeownership Program offers one-time down payment assistance of up to 8% of the purchase price for eligible home buyers.

Amount

Up to 8% of the purchase price; maximum house price $468, 243 (under review by the Province).

Who is eligible

Renters in Lanark County with a household income less than $104, 000 (under review by the Province).
