Case Management |
The Developmental Support Services Program provides case management and advocacy services to people aged eighteen years of age and older with a developmental disability and who are living independently, or moving towards independence in a community setting without significant social support. Services are offered according to individual needs and goals and may include assistance with seeking accommodation, budget counselling, short-term emotional support, or advocacy, among others. Passport Funding Program |
The Passport Program helps any adult who is eligible for development services and supports funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. It is a reimbursement-based funding program to help people be able to take part in their community's activities. Purchased participation supports can include programs, classes, camps, pre-employment, an employment supports and transportation to and from activities, among others.
