Resident Council

This is your opportunity to be actively involved in terms of services, and programs provided within the home. All recommendations made from Resident Council are reviewed by the Director of the home.

Council of Family & Friends

This is an opportunity for your family to have a voice as well. Family council helps to improve the quality of life of the residents and allows families to weigh in on decisions.  If you would like to receive updates or participate in meetings please send an Email and let council know.   

Care Conferences

Care conferences are completed annually as per Ministry regulations. This gives the resident and family members a chance to discuss care plans with doctors, nurses, dietary, activation and physiotherapy. The first care conference will take place 6 weeks after admission, then yearly after that.
